trying to use ldap_use_admin_to_bind

I pushed a new version out last night, but forgot to update the README about the new version, you should use:

gem "devise_ldap_authenticatable", "0.4.1.1"

in your Gemfile

Basically, it changes the line to:

options.merge!({ :admin => true }) if ::Devise.ldap_use_admin_to_bind

Before, it wasn't actually changing the options hash, and it will only call that line if config.ldap_use_admin_to_bind is set to true in the devise.rb initializer.

I don't have an AD server to test aginst, so I appreciate the feedback!
