Does your table include an ldap_attributes column? Can you post your schema.rb?

My table does not have a ldap_attributes column.

Schema.rb:
Devise::Schema.class_eval do

I'll update the rails2 branch as soon as I can, but in the interim, just add a column to your devise model's table called ldap_attributes and it should be fine.

Is this available in Rails 3? I don't see this either, and adding it to my User schema doesn't seem to do anything.

It Rails3, you should configure an ldap_auth_username_builder which can include additional fields from the database.
