Make fails if pip is not installed

What version does python3 --version report?
Since python -Im ensurepip should install pip automatically, on python3.4.

Also what OS are you using?

Python 3.4.0
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04.

I found out that Ubuntu 14.04, decided to disable ensurepip which installs pip automatically, information from http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/package/core/trusty/main/base/python3.4.

I try to add a check for this and install pip if it is not there and ensurepip is disabled.

I tested this after the fix in b04cd7f on new ubuntu 14.04 VM and it built correctly for me. Reopen if you have any more problems.
