L 5.5 pre-rendering authd routes give 404

it turns out its not related to phantom, using postman also produce the same result.

the page will keep redirecting till it hits an about:blank which will cause the 404

something is different with the new 5.5 and i cant figure it out.

okay, found the problem, apparently laravel have a default redir url to /home inside the RedirectIfAuthenticated which is dump because instead of going through each file make:auth create to change the redir url

we should have a global redir to , anyway unless you actually have a page for the url /home, you should change the redir under the middleware to the default auth url which in most of cases will be /
