Ok, so i found the error. To solve this, browse on your packages folder...
Rename the folder 'Seti_UI' to 'Theme - Seti',
In your user preferences change this line to this : "color_scheme": "Packages/Theme - Seti/Seti.tmTheme",
And restart ST3, ENJOY !

Actually, I renamed the folder as you suggested and kept my settings file the same as I have in the screenshot and it worked great.

I'm still leaving this open as it breaks peoples ST after the theme updates, though.
