i havent installed Yos yet ,but in the meanwhile does this happens with an older version of ST like b3065 ,do you have this problem on older OS like Mav ?
one more thing to note ,the theme "tab_list icon" is hamburger not triangle so maybe the problem is due to that u need to clear the ST cash files.

i just installed Yose with the same ST version as you ,the problem seems due to the uncleared cash from your behalf ,so i will close this for now.

after each install of a new theme you should simply restart the editor but if you want to force rebuild of cashe u just delete the folder call cashe @ /Users/xxx/Library/Application Support/Sublime Text 3
