Reorganization for ease of use and reading

We won't be able to sum up all CTF challenges using the question based approach. It may be nice for some specific cases though.

So I see the questions and new structure more as guidelines to narrow down CTF tasks. We are not going to be able to sum up the majority of techniques and strategies for CTFs in this repository, and it will be much better if we just reference the copious external resources available to us on the internet. The way I have started to structure the cryptography section allows beginners to narrow down their options with the question-based system and then be redirected to well-written guides and resources, or for more advanced competitors they will be able to just navigate directly to the specific technology, say RSA, and be able to find "resources" on ways to crack RSA, create RSA, different libraries to help solve tasks, and more information detailing the technology. That way we can create a simpler way to garner information on CTFS without trying to be the encyclopedia of computer security and hacking, a goal I have now found inefficient and unattainable.

I second referencing external resources, seems like the right thing to do.
