How can I get access to your paper?

I have downloaded the paper today and read it. However, there is something confusing me about the structure of the network.

As mentioned in paper, the blue "plus" sign means fusion of feature map from (i-1)-th and i-th layer, but I have no idea what the red rectangle is...

Since the input of the red rectangle are score map and output of atrous layer, can I regard it as a combination of the ground truth mask and features from bottom-up layers? And what calculation is done inside it?
