Are you sure GLOP supports MI LPs? That's not part of the cvxpy interface that was written for it.

It does, but I see now its just using SCIP in the backend . I was looking for an alternative to SCIP to sanity check some weird results I'm getting from it.

If you have a MILP and want to sanity check SCIP then I can suggest HiGHS. It’s accessible from CVXPY and I believe it doesn’t rely on SCIP in any way.

Looks interesting! I see it's also installed on neos.
