Additional Lances: Add contract objectives for rewards

Include a section in the Additional Lance enemy config section for specifying the reward % (calculated off the contract rate as per vanilla).

You can now add the following combination of rewards in your config/AdditionalLances configs. If you don't provide any a fallback 20% payment increase is provided by default. If you don't want this then provide an empty array to RewardsPerLance.
