taskbar 其实是从 goagent 里拿过来的，我没有 windows 编程的经验。向 @phus 求助。

我直接在开始菜单的启动里添加个快捷方式。应该说cow的问题小一点点，shadowscocks的问题严重一点。

@xupefei 贡献了一个 cow-hide.exe 程序，可以通过它将 cow 以后台程序的形式启动。

最新上传的 0.7.3rc1 里包含了这个程序，@polong 你可以试试看。我在 32bit xp 上测试过，能正常使用。

之前 @ 错 id 了。@phuslu 注意到过 taskbar.exe 开机启动没有最小化的问题么？
