I'm experiencing the same issue in my environment.

Maybe @cytopia ist severely ill or worse? Can' t think of any otger reason to stay quiet

I just tried it again. I figured out the Cannot assign requested address happened to me because it was still in use. I cleaned everything up and started the setup again.

It's now showing:
