Do you not know where inside this file to place it? He pretty much writes out the location for where you should copy your code.

How's this:
Put something like the code below in “config/application.rb” of your Rails application. For example, this will allow GET, POST or OPTIONS requests from any origin on any resource.
Admittedly, I put that last section together in a rush. Thanks.
