Strange, it should work with 4.7.7 per version spec.
But it is an old version, could you switch the DI.Mef to 7.0.0?

Although, I was working on POC and using DryIoc old version was necessary because my client side is using Prism Library which i relying on DryIoc version 4.7.7 and I was trying to use the same version on server side as well so that I can make a combined container for unit testing. Don't know if it's the right way to do it but it was experimental.

Anyhow, I have now changed the DryIoc version to latest v5.4.1 and DryIoc.MEF to v7.0.0 but still it is giving error as below:

Could not load file or assembly 'DryIoc, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=dfbf2bd50fcf7768' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

This suggest that DryIoc.MEF is bound stickly with least version as per specs in specific scenario. This should not be the case anyway.

@furqansafdar Yes, it should Not be the case.
I would suggest googling this specific error and asking in StackOverflow.
Maybe it is something StrongName or even WCF related.
