Great catch. I'll have to fix that.

That doesn' t seem to be true, to wit:

use Path::Tiny;
use Test::More;
my $a = Path::Tiny->new('a');my $b = Path::Tiny->new('b');
my $c = Path::Tiny->new($a, $b);
my $d = path($a, $b);
ok($c eq $d, "paths match");
done_testing;

Not sure whether to fix the POD to match what the code's doing or to fix
new so that it consumes the rest of @_.
