I would love to give it a try! Meanwhile, I worked on using GitHub Actions (here https://github.com/silopolis/Prompt-Engineering-Guide/blob/l10n_test/.github/workflows/rename_l10n_files.yml) to make some renaming to try to reconcile Crowdin and the current naming scheme. I managed to get an action to do the renaming (learned a lot and ChatGPT was a helpful assistant), but still not fully happy with the behavior as it creates many cancelled job runs, see here https://github.com/silopolis/Prompt-Engineering-Guide/actions.

A couple of questions remains about how Crowdin/GH integration works (sync triggering, and synced files "selection"), but will start working on the migration script right away…

Now that French translation has been merged in #146, what do you think of the following plan?

• naming scheme migration script from */*.en.??.* to locales/??/*.*
• Adapt site config and setup test deployment (I'll surely gladly use some help here)
• Setup Crowdin for the new naming scheme
• Import and review existing translations in Crowdin (help of other translators will surely be welcome here and for the next step)
• Compare Crowdin generated output to existing translations
• Validate and merge
