Been playing with this, I believe there is a way to do it that doesn't suffer too great a performance penalty. Just want you to know I'm looking into it.

Okay, can you take a look at the https://github.com/dakrone/cheshire/compare/custom-keyword-fn branch and see whether that will fit your needs? You should be able to do something like:

(json/decode mytext (fn [k] (keyword (.replaceAll k "_" "-"))))

If you think this'll work, I'll merge it to master and do a release.
