Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I've pushed a fix and released 5.3.0 with it (parsed-seq not eagerly decodes top-level arrays)

Just to clarify - I was thinking that parse-string behaves correctly, returning me an array of maps, whereas parsed-seq misbehaves by returning me the same array wrapped in lazy-seq (I've expected a lazy-seq of array elements). It seems to me that I've made a wrong assumption.

To clarify more - I expected parsed-seq to be lazy drop-in replacement of parse-string or parse-stream. I've checked with 0.5.3 - it's not.

I do think this needs a dedicated way to do, I think it would be useful to people. I'll see what I can do about this.
