This is mostly possible using css :lang() but detecting language is something else entirely. Might require JS. It's probably also possible using htaccess (SEE: http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/54320/htaccess-language-redirects-with-seo-friendly-urls ) but honestly it feels like it would be wrong doing it that way..

What I mean is the original language of whatever. If posted title was JP, must mark as such. If artists original name is in JP, it must be marked as such.
On occasion, if the image has text, a JP version would be good too (or JP only, using notes overlay).
