This could be the reason, assuming your wiring is correct.

Hmm, I just tried with a 100uF capacitor and it worked fine. (Also, with newer Uno's, you shouldn't need the capacitor at all.) Maybe there's a flakey connection somewhere? Your upload failed when the first page (64 bytes, I think) of the program was being written. That's the first big chunk of data that gets transferred and if any bytes get dropped, the ATtiny (and, thus, the Uno) won't respond because they're waiting for the missing bytes. You don't have anything else connected, do you?

Can you try with a different Arduino and/or a different ATtiny?

Problem solved:
Googling a little more, I've found that the transfer rate of Arduino as ISP is wrong, it should be set at 9600 baud, changhing this value in .ino project and in boards file solved the problem!
