Sorry to trouble you, I just realized I was using IPython 3.0.0-dev in that vitualenv... When I use IPython 2.1.0, RISE works fine (so far).

Great, this remind me I have to update the custom.js to make it compatible with master... thanks.

Where is custom.js supposed to be located? Same folder as the notebook?

the custom.js is normally inside your .ipython folder... in my case:
home/damian/.ipython/profile_default/static/custom
You can get your location with:
ipython profile locate
and there you have to navigate to static/custom. Inside the custom folder you will find the custom.js and custom.css for that profile (the default one).
