Ahh, I didn't realize that cargo had stricter semver requirements than the official semver spec!
I was going off of point 4 from the semver spec: https://semver.org/#spec-item-4
Major version zero (0.y.z) is for initial development. Anything MAY change at any time. The public API SHOULD NOT be considered stable.
A shame, since I've got a big API overhaul in the works which is more "worthy" of the 0.3 moniker...
It'll require some git-fu, but I'll go ahead and yank 0.2.2 and push up 0.3.0 instead.
