DBCamera should make it possible to hide buttons in default interface

For a first REALLY hacky try at this, check out my branch here: https://github.com/hakanw/DBCamera/commits/make_default_camera_controls_configurable

This makes it possible for me to now customize the view like so:

  DBCameraContainer *camera = [[DBCameraContainer alloc] initWithDelegate:self];
  camera.cameraViewController.cameraView.closeButton.hidden = YES;
  camera.cameraViewController.cameraView.gridButton.hidden = YES;
...

Although right now in the simulator I don't see the library button. Dunno if that's a bug in this fix, or something else.

Ah I found a fix for the library issue, it had to do with the child/parent setup between DBCameraContainer and DBCameraViewController was not setup correctly.

I've commited a bit cleaner fix: just move the whole lot of viewDidLoad setup into init, and it now works great.
