I believe this is fixed now by #55. Try:

new Bodybuilder()
        .aggregation('sum', undefined, 'Balance', {
            script: "doc['DEBIT_DC'].value + doc['CREDIT_DC'].value",
            lang: 'expression'
        })
        .build()
