Error running 1 of 2 channels for Step 3

To try to get around this channel indexing issue, I used the "Prepare" function in the GUI to create the movie. I was able to load in my 2 channels successfully and view them together, however when I tried to open the Morphology3D package with the movie, I get this error:

Something seems wrong here, because I'm specifying the pixel size z of my image stacks and I'm also able to view the movie with the viewer tool and confirm it is 3D. Is it possible that the sanityCheck step is too restrictive and that's what is causing this problem?
