I'm also getting issue ...Loading List of Properties!!!

@Bhakti087 Try Adding the hardhat local network to the metamask and then start the server

I just tried this again and it worked:

1. Quit everything

2. Shutdown computer

3. Open everything running all commands for hardhat node and npm start

4. Then run this command:
   npx hardhat run ./scripts/deploy.js --network localhost
