i don't have permissions to push to your repo, so here's the diff that worked for me (basically typos in the slugs, which will cause issues because they are treated as IDs for lookup, but won't point to a valid entry when mistyped):

Thanks Stefan. Annoyingly I had checked those names, but because I was convinced the problem was with the session09.mdx, I didn't pay much attention to them.

A lesson here.
