Not really an easy way to do this, speed cameras seem to be considered signs in ETS2 and models in ATS. Which wouldn't be a terrible problem but most signs were moved away from .base files (the files the program reads to draw everything) to .aux files. I added the structure to that file to the documentation (aaec1cd). But doesn't really seem worth to read all those (often big) files where the only useful information are the speed cameras.
