Zone transfer doesn't seems to work on dnsrcon v0.8.13

No proxy, the same setup for both versions (v0.8.13 and v0.8.11).

I'm guessing this issue was introduced by modifying this line:
4359358#diff-7db91a2f6205f307e11c0e815a973108L192

Since I have no clue about the codebase/ why this was changed, I'm not going to try creating a fix. Hopefully, the author can have a look and fix this.

Sorry about the issue, my fault for not testing against a lab box before merging that PR. Will need to setup one to test it out and figure what the issue is.
