Open source structure and contribution guide

Thanks for the feedback. We are already planning on incorporating a lot of these, but there are some ideas we haven't thought of here yet.

For #1, we are actually using https://github.com/DataBassGit/HiAGI/discussions instead of issues. For example, I just started a discussion about the platform we are going to build the GUI on. This repo is the stable repo. We are using a separate fork for development. We have different branches there. We're still pretty new to this whole github thing though, so we are kind of figuring it out as we go.

Right now, we have not reached MVP. There's still a lot of features we want to implement, but documentation is pretty high on the priority list. We've been kind of stuck for the past couple of weeks while we work on ETHOS. We've actually forked that out and are going to pursue funding on that project. Sorry things have been slow lately.
