Failed to load class for data source: com.databricks.spark.xml

When it was in my private repository, I uploaded the package with the package name org.apache.spark.* as described here.
And the problem is, any release has not been published and not uploaded yet for this repository since this repository moved to here Databricks. Namely, for now, you cannot use by --packages but have to manually build for this repository.

To cut it short, for the package in my private repository, If you set the package name as described here, that should import properly.
For the package in this repository, you might have to build manually as described here

I will publish a release as soon as the pull requests I made are merged.
I apologise that I made such a confusion. I think I should change the README.md at my private repository.

Please note that rootTag has been changed to rowTag.
