When we don't have the full history, we should start with the initial balance of the initial date for the first report we are using. That way the data will line up between the net fund and donations and expenditures chart. (see #54)

OK, in an attempt to kill this and #54 , I added the initial date and opening balance for the first report onto the top chart. But, since the bottom chart just reflects when they received their first contribution (not necessarily when they told the Secretary of State about it), the x axis still doesn't line up. And I'm not really sure how to get it to line up in an honest way given the differences between what they are showing. They are generally within a month of each other now, though.

@fgregg I just deployed the changes. Stephen French looks a bit better but it's still about a month off (for reasons outlined above).
