Also, the first 17 PCs of Andhra Pradesh must be transferred to Telangana.
Additionally, please refer the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 which can be found:

And transfer the districts to the Union Territories of Jammu and Kashmir, and Ladakh.
