Postgres Dump missing Create statements

It looks like when the pg_datanymizer dumps the schema (internally it uses pg_dump for this) pg_dump returns an error.
In future versions it will stop on this error, but for now it does not display it.

I can create a binary (a development version) that will display the error information we need, or you can build one yourself - I'll specify the branch. I can do it tomorrow.

Also could you write the pg_dump command (which works) please?

@evgeniy-r , this what happening in our staging environment, and did not appear when we moved to our prod database. I want to believe it was specific to our setup or permissions. I can not tell for sure. Thanks.
