The BSE guide has been deleted

The updated version of BSEguide.pdf (for v1.1) was uploaded to https://github.com/davecliff/BristolStockExchange/downloads, yesterday at the same time that the v1.1 code was committed (& also uploaded to Downloads page).

Seemed redundant to have the guide in the code repository as well as on Downloads. Also, I'm planning on copying the guide content onto the Github BSE Wiki pages very soon -- that way, the wiki can be the home of the user guide and can grow organically, written/edited by people other than just me, with the pdf version being updated less frequently, after major alterations to the code or the document. Having the guide only available from the Download page where the code is too makes it easier to point to for users who are not familiar with, or put off by, dealing with Github.

Maybe I'm missing the point -- is there some advantage to having a copy of the pdf of the guide in the code repository, when it is already availble from Downloads and when (soon...) the same content will be on the Wiki?
