Try to delete Emacs.clr

rm ~/Library/Colors/Emacs.clr

@farynaio did you get a chance to test if the above mentioned suggestion fixes your issue?

@daviderestivo I tested that but it didn't make any difference. I noticed the new one was created on Emacs start.

No worries, I don't bother by that, just noticed and reported.

@farynaio A new Emacs.clr should be created once Emacs starts. Anyway, if the issue is still there l suggest you to report it upstream.
