Have you tried other versions of BetterJoy?
Do you have a switch you could connect the controller to in order to perform a system upgrade?
As for not being able to start the server - go into Task Manager and check that no other instances of BetterJoy are running. Sometimes it doesn't exit correctly.

it works well when it connected to switch.
also, switch says it is already updated.
other versions of better joy is not working properly..

Using nonOriginal controller setting should work here.
