Instrument not associated error being raised when assigning spec results to spectra

I think it might happen because a fit actually failed this time (or maybe it did work), but an existing file with the exact same name is already present and is read in. I'm going to try and improve the logic in the fit running function to make sure it doesn't happen.

The spectral fitting storage is garbage in XGA currently though

I think the problem is specifically happening when the second time it is being run (with fewer spectra than some successful earlier analysis), the spectral fit finds that no spectra are suitable for fitting. This prints:

"No acceptable spectra are left after the cleaning step"

Which is a message I added, but it isn't picked up as an error by the parsing - I'll change the error message so that it should be caught.
