This would complicate querying pin #'s in custom parts. Socket.Get calls would need to be changed to s.Pin(pinout["mypin"])', with no easy way to get access to pinout. Unless adding it as a private field in Socket`.

Also make PartSpec.Pinout private. Its only real use is for Chip.
