"Create new VHD" fails unless extension .vhd is specified

The VHD creator UI is not very intuitive, and you're not the first to complain. It's an item on my kanban already to improve it.

Here's the new VHD creator window:

There's some help text now. The filename to be created is shown as you type, with the VHD extension dynamically added:

..You're free to type out the VHD extension if you want, but it's a bit redundant.

Notice now if the button is disabled, the button text tells you why. There will be a modal error popup if there is a problem creating the VHD after you click the button.
