Ok -- I've made a port of the peepcode Ordr app to a mimosa project with bower/coffeescript/stylus/emblem/linting and live reload. Its got a testem suite as well but I haven't really experimented with the mimosa testem support yet so its just a testem.json file in the assets directory which you have to manually invoke. It doesn't use requirejs because I thought it was hard enough getting my head around Ember while learning browser dev at the same time -- from what I've been able to figure out it looks like most people aren't using requirejs with ember as it requires some special practices ... think it makes things more 'idiomatic-ember' to not use requirejs.
I've asked peepcode for permission to put it on github (I'm not sure what license the Ordr app is released with ...) and will submit a pull request when I hear back from them.
