For instance, if we add an -f option to indicate the resulting file. If the file exists, we read it as a partial exam, check what's missing and generates that part. If the file doesn't exist, we generate from scratch. If the file is - we read a file from stdin and output the result to stdout.
This way, rerunning examgen on an old exam, will not change it if all parameters are the same (this relates to #28).
