Did you try this @home or in the mappings server?
If it's the latter, the server does not handle template redirections (see
issue #23) and the actual template is "Infobox Animateur audiovisuel"
(note the capital A)
I changed the tempalte in the article and you can see both here

Oh true ! I didn't know that the framework was case sensitive. My bad sorry :-(
