Commnand is <V cv value> or <V cv bit 0|1>
[Please excuse my previous iost, was misguided/misunderstood]
This is already in the master code, but not I suspect, the documentation.
This was designed to speed up CV reading if the expected value is already known. If the value given matches the cv, then the return is hugely faster. If however it does not match, then the cv is read normally for a very small overhead compared with <R..>
It is anticipated that this could be used by JMRI when checking through a list of CVs.
