你需要响应全屏左右滑动事件的目的是？

右滑，打开左侧菜单。这个不是左右结构app的基本操作吗？随着屏幕越来越大，左上角的按钮就越难点击，滑动手势势必需要合理的配置才能真正起到效果。否则光ui漂亮，交互不到位，app也会死很惨

理解错你的意思了。在Hello MUI里边。有可拖动式侧滑菜单的示例啊。
支持滑动打开，关闭菜单。

在5.5寸Android设备和ios系统中，滑动后失效。用的目前最新的hello mui示例
