The only available solution would be to have rvmsudo set up to work without a password. I'm not familiar with rvmsudo itself, but this is definitely possible with normal sudo (which I'm assuming is what rvmsudo uses)

You could also do

web: bundle exec rails server -p $PORT

and run foreman with

sudo foreman start -p 80

I changed /etc/sudoers to use sudo without password and using foreman without sudo:

Procfile:
dev: rvmsudo thin -a app.dev -p 80 -e development start
pro: rvmsudo thin -a app.dev -p 80 -e production start

And I start foreman as foreman start dev or foreman start pro.
