[Bug] Panels fail to load if two or more panels have exact same boss name

This seems to be a regression in the new load mod code to load on click. it breaks on something specific that's in these panels

the trash mod is just being inserted in wrong instance, it's under Algether academy and that's always been busted. just no one noticed til now. fixing that now

The cause is here

				end

		end

and it's caused by two bosses with same identical name. the uldaman version of boss prevents the dawn version from having a panel.

Moved to core since bug is in core (trash mod is fixed already in dungeons alpha but the duplicate boss name issue will need a core fix)
