on win10, everything looking as it should except the dcrwallet version is still marked dev, but that is fixed in an upcoming pr for the msi builder.
tested using a backup copy of an old wallet and did not see any HTTP/2 parsing errors that would commonly occur under this situation before.

Upgrade was fine, still fetching blocks after a clean install but so far so good.

We have both versions covered so i'm closing this. @jolan, you can reopen if the fetching goes badly.
