Setup snapshot releases (via CircleCI)

Snapshots are accessible by adding the following to pom.xml:

Add this anywhere within <project>

<repositories>
    <repository>
        <id>deque</id>
        <url>http://agora.dequecloud.com/artifactory/attest-java/</url>
    </repository>
    <repository>
        <id>oss.sonatype.org-snapshot</id>
        <url>http://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots</url>

            <enabled>false</enabled>
        </releases>
        <snapshots>
            <enabled>true</enabled>
        </snapshots>
    </repository>
</repositories>

Change the version of com.deque.axe-core:selenium to have the prefix -SNAPSHOT

<dependency>
    <groupId>com.deque.html.axe-core</groupId>
    <artifactId>selenium</artifactId>
    <version>3.1-SNAPSHOT</version>
</dependency>
