That certainly is not the reason why it doesn't work for you. ImagesLoaded of course works with dynamically loaded images. The plugin demo page is also based on dynamically loaded images, and as you can check for yourself, everything works fine in Opera 12.02.
So, unless you won't write a proper bug report, specifying what exactly is the issue, with a code telling us how are you using it, preferably replicated on jsfiddle (or a similar service), this issue will be ignored, and later on closed.

You are right, the whole point of the plugin is of course to work with dynamically loaded images. I don't know what was wrong, but I can't get it to happen anymore even though I consistently could before. A function was called with inside it an imagesLoaded call. The imagesLoaded function didn't run, but everything else inside the function did.
If I run into the problem again, I'll try to dig deeper.
